well... we've tryied to use 2 prot tanks... but didn't work... both of our tanks were killed in 2 secs... they have 23.9k hp and 25.3k hp buffed... then we've tryied with feral druids... it didn't work again i was thinking about use pala tanks with divine shield + other bubbles everytime he starts to burst his dmg out... but we don't have any pala tanks... so i was thinkin about using pala healers with blessing of prot on tanks, but i don't know if it might work... there's any possibilite to mitigate the dmg? or something like that... i watched the sk-gaming movie.. and they didn't had this problems...:-s
I'm no tank, but I think lots of tanks I know that went into sunwell got a max avoidance set to take the least many hits as possible.
Try a super tank group, warlock for imp, shaman for dodge, all that keen stuff.
I'm sure your raid leaders will figure something out.

If your tanks are dying then your healers are bad. Its not that bad of a fight, just need 7-8 people spamming heals for 6 minutes. Granted it could be tanks with not enough gear, but healing is most likely the problem.
Yeah, Brutallus is supposed to be the 'gearcheck' for Sunwell as Patchwerk was for Naxx, I would suggest farming BT until your tanks/healers have the gear needed to continue on.
COMMUNICATION is a huge factor
-Your tanks
-Should be calling out Early when they will be taunting, when they use Cd's/when
those CD's are fading, how many debuffs their groups have, et cetera.
- Group comp-imp/shaman/paladin/tree druid?
-Popping stoneshields/shm+priest healing for +armor buff
-+armor scrolls
If your tanks live through their first stomp rotations(getting to the 3rd taunt), you can handle the rest of the fight, for the most part.
edit. yeah, total mitigation(dodges/parries whatever)>shield block value on this fight
