I just read about the Youtube Scam etc. and i just wanted to know how dangerous it is to do that?

Can you go to jail for it?
Or are you absolutely sure that there is no law enforcement?

haha it may be some type of fraud, butttt in my criminal law class, we did a section on all this, and it states:

"virtual property is virtual theirfore not considered real, hence making it non-existant" so in reality, your stealing nothing :-)

i know that scams in general are illegal
but what about WoW Scams

Well, if you protect yourself with proxies while on the YouTube account, you should be untraceable.
If you're on the YouTube account without proxies, YouTube might find out about what you're doing and you'll be in some serious junk...

And to answer your question, a scam is a scam, even if it's in WoW.
Only few WoW scams are legal and those are the ones that are a bit harder to pull off.

NOTHING will ever happend to you. You wont go to jail, you wont be sued unless you scam someone like George Bush or what ever his name is and I doubt he plays World of Warcraft. There's been to many threads asking this lately, it's time to use the search buttom.
