How to add more advanced macro instructions to wow.exe cracking

Has anyone touched wow.exe to add the macro command /cast [@cursor] SpellName /cast [@player] SpellName and I'd like to know if this is possible?

It sounds like you are looking for a lua unlocker? Take a look at tinkr for mac os or nilname for windows.

Unlocking is just unlocking some special commands, it seems that the macro commands I mentioned have no effect

The macros you describe in your original post partially already exist in game, depending on what you need.
