Need help with changing Tauren to Undead hair style

Hi I made a model swap from Tauren male to Undead male,

But I want to change the hair style on the Undead, which is horn style on Tauren.

So I thought I could just look which horn style corresponds to the Undead male hairstyle I want to use on the character creation

Then went into WoW Model Viewer and checked the Horn Style number I had which was 0, and the Horn Style number I wanted which was 3

So I go into CharHairGeosets.DBC and edit Hair Style 0 to 3, Make patch and log in,

But with the Tauren -> Undead patch installed the Undead is just bald instead of the desired hairstyle, and without the Tauren -> Undead patch the Tauren's horns are just completely gone...

Been trying to figure this out for hours and starting to pull my hair out does anyone know how to fix this?
