Theres worse things you could be doing. When's the last time somone broke a leg playing world of warcraft, directly related with the game. What about an arm? Hm? Never? Yeah, i didn't think so. Then they bring up "OMG BUT SOMONE DIED". But OMG people die from everything, what's amazing with this? People can die because a thorn pricked them, or because you tripped, why aren't we doing news articles on these? Also, the anger problems? HOW THE HECK DO YOU GET THE IDEA THAT A GAME CAUSES ANGER? If you have an anger problem, then that was a preset thing, you didn't magicly go "Hey wait a second, i think i want to be angry now because of the game" You probably died, or something happened in the game that caused you to get angry. How again is this different from a person missing the final goal to win the game, or getting an out in the last inning to win the game? You're certainly not going to be like "Oh well, it's just a game" because if you enjoy the game, then it means something to you, so when you miss something, or something happens, of course you're going to be angry or something.
Basicly: This news report is the most retarded thing having to do with gaming. Why don't they go do something useful, like report on drug use or something. Because a maybe 4/40,000,000 deaths = NOT AMAZING AT ALL. After a quick search, this is what i came up with:
Odds of becoming president: 10,000,000 to 1
So basicly your chance of dieing playing games, is the same chance that you become president. Afraid now?
Why don't they go report on something useful. Like aids, or teens drug use or something for gods sake.
