Need help my account just got banned!

basicly.. my account was banned from powerleveling..(yes, stupid me)
i need some help on getting a new account.
i've heard of scamming powerleveling sites or renting sites , by telling them that your account was banned and tricking them into getting you a new account..
can someone plz help me?
P.s i tired looking for some scams... but could find any..

About scamming gold/rent companys, meh, they're getting very smart nowdays and it's very hard to scam 'em in my opinion atleast.
