Running Multiple D4 games

Hello,
I like playing with several games open at a time.
I'm not using any exploits, bots or any kind of prohibited software.

My question is if it is possible to scale simultaneously running Diablo 4 versions on a single computer.
Currently I'm relatively comfortably running 2 games on a potent PC, but as soon as I run 3 after a bit the game becomes unplayable.
I think it has to do with the programming and loading, caching of the game itself.
Maybe there is a workaround.

Also it would be nice to know if there is any possible way to optimize the performance and loading screens beyond the available graphics settings.
