first name last name

butt i need to know how i can exchange a toon to a account i already have

Yes the LAST name on the accounts have to be the same.

in order to transfer the toon to a new account you need to buy new cd keys and make a new account with the same last name as the account you scammed then you can transfer the toon to your account
