[Guide] How to download Warcraft III Reforged Beta Client

Hello, Thanks for your efforts, I've Downloaded it Completely ( about 24GB ) but unfortunately after opening it i can see no Map to play on, Also i cannot login to my account even though I've switched to BattleNet Beta..

its because the reforged unlocker is very old now, it came out when only the human and orc races were playable, now the other 2 races are playable, and lighting and some models changed a bit. This makes it so the unlocker does not work correctly. And yeah you could update the unlocker to v0.5 if you have the source code. If you don't have the source code, we may need to wait till Blizzard adds so people that bought the game can switch between classic, and reforged models of the game. Because right now in settings it's unlocked for us in the unlocker but not for people whom bought the game. It has that sliding animation to the other side but once you exit the options menu/click save the option to switch versions does not save.

I don't think this is gonna be an easy fix, I manage to get the source code from v0.2 unlocker (v0.3 and v0.4 as well) and I don't think bit flipping the HD handle will work. I did recreate the unlocker with updated glue and hijack some payload before the client receive it, but it won't work. All I notice is that the model loaded from the very beginning when reforged open, they never store the handle into the memory. I did try to debug it ( surprisingly blizzard put all their trap not in the client, made it easy to bypass ) and all I found was it lead to launched parameter that would enable HD (no, not the "-hd 1"), I might need someone with legit copy of reforged to share what command line do their battle.net launch with reforged.

I have updated the GitHub: GitHub - timmehz/Warcraft-3-Reforged-Unlockers: Warcraft 3 Reforged Unlockers v0.2 to v0.4 there are 2 updates, I have added the files to download the beta, and I have added a readme with instructions on how to download both the unlocker and the beta. I hope you all enjoy, also if anyone manages to do an update you are welcome to PM me it then I will see if it works if it does I will update the GitHub page and include it.

so what is the point of this patch ?? i mean you cant play online so what the point of this patch why wouldnt i just go buy the game so i can play online?

It worked!! But reforged mode is unavailable during ingame and lobby how to solve this

Alright. Now the game is released and we need an "unlocker" to play Offline Mode with Reforged models.
It will be possible or we have to buy the game?

i share some of my experience : i donwloaded the Warcraft Reforged Beta and the unlocker. i launched the Warcraft Reforged launcher and for some unknown motive, the Blizzard App started downloading the current 26G game with the last patch 14482. i tried all the unlockers by TOM_RUS and the only that works for me is the 0.2, as i can enter the game Playing Offline, and start the campaign. but the problem are the HD textures that cannot be enabled. out from the campaign the option to switch is red and disabled and the message is "you cannot change that right now". when in game, in a campaign map, the switch is always disabled but the message is green.
