    LoL Basics : Common Chat Terms

    Hello Everyone!

    For some new players, there are a lot of chat terms being used which can be hard to understand at first.

    Here's a quick video explaining what they mean.

    the only one that confuses me is missing from this... Whats "mia" ??

    Mia is Missing In Action : The term MIA is generally used in the American servers, while SS in the Europe servers, I can't remember exactly what SS stands for, but it is quicker to type which I think is why they use SS instead of MIA.

    SS stands for MISS which means that either one champ or two are missing from a lane.

    i.e. : ss top

    MISS gets shortened to SS? That's rather lazy lol.

    lol I always thought SS was short for STAY SAFE xD anyway thanks for cleaing MIA up for me, basicly those two are the same then I guess

    Yeah pretty much, also for some reason, in EU "y" means yes, and in US "y" means why.
