Question about Autoclickers and Macros

I want to make a fully automated macro that plays TFT for me ( Accepts queue, buys a couple of champs, levels up a couple of times and then starts another game once this is over) this is all based on predictions and timers so there would be no program scanning your screen or coding as such.

My question is, is LOL able to detect the clicks from an Autocliker or Macro in my case, they are pretty realistic in fact I can record myself clicking and the macro will just repeat it, I'm just not sure if lol has any way to detect these kind of virtual clicks and if it scans any programs being run on my computer at that time.
