League of legends got a mother's approval

My son plays this and i would always tell him to stop and find other useful things to do than just playing online for 8-10 hours a day. But when i learned that it is a competitive PVP play, i realized that it could somehow help the players to be competitive and to be a team player. Maybe my son could learn something form this game since all champions starts off fairly weak but increasing in strength by accumulating items and experience over the course of the game. The game somehow teaches him to be a team player and could help with his communication skills as well.
