AP Carry - Morgana, Annie, Brand, Akali, Karthus, Swain, Gragas, Veigar, Kennen, Vladimir, Cassiopeia, Anivia, Ryze, Malzahar, Kassadin, Katarina, LeBlanc

AP - Mordekaiser, Rumble, Maokai, Twisted Fate, Heimerdinger, Poppy, Karma, Nidalee, Evelynn, Sion

AD Carry - Kog'maw, Vayne, Tristana, Caitlyn, Ashe, Corki, Teemo, Miss Fortune, Ezreal

AD - Garen, Renekton, Irelia, Udyr, Nasus, Jax, Pantheon, Sivir, Yorick, Xin Zhao, Jarvan IV, Twitch

Jungle - Nocturne, Fiddlesticks, Lee Sin, Amumu, Warwick, Gangplank, Tryndamere, Trundle, Master Yi, Olaf, Nunu, Shaco

Other then that, your list is good. You may want to divide them in offtanks too though. I thought AD may be your offtank AD list, but Xin isn't.

She's in her selected classification based off my standards for late game. Because they're prominent in solo lanes doesn't change their assigned role. This list is based around 2.2k ELO. Sorry for the confusion!

What's your reasoning behind why Blitz is ahead of Janna and Taric, and why Morde is still the highest on the AP list after he was nerfed hard?

Unless he was nerfed recently, he is still pretty badass.
