First ever DotA 2 Screenshots leaked! (really low-res, but still)

    DotA 2 Leaked Screenshots

    Thailand's DotA-team, MiTH-Trust, attending the DotA 2 championship tournament
for 1 million USD accidentally released a couple of screenshots of the team practising
where you can clearly see DotA 2 running on one of the guy's display. The non-blurred
images were almost instantly gone from the team's site: Valve appears to be rather strict
when it comes to images of unreleased games.

Following screenshots are not of the highest quality at all, and if you are not really
a dedicated DotA fan like me, you might not find it that much interesting. After all
this is the first DotA 2 leak of it's kind, and I'm happy to share it with you here on
    OwnedCore.

Original image of MiTH-Trust players practicing that was taken down very quickly.
Can't see it? Check the next zoomed image!

Here we can see the DotA 2 UI (interface) and some other interesting things such
as the cool shadow rendering as it looks like.

This image was taken down also very quickly, it is the official DotA 2 logo.

Stay tuned for more ingame screenshots and leaks!

This is nice, as long as it doesn't put the leaker in trouble.
    What's a Parog?
    Looking for competitive Valorant team!

really really hard to see, but very cool in the fact that dota 2 is actually a playable game at this point. Meaning that there is A LOT of information we don't know yet

    That UI isn't DotA 2 -__-

That is the Zerg Starcraft 2 UI. The three guys huddled around the computer on the couch are most likely watching him play...

Judging by the Terrain it is most likely Shattered Temple or Tal'Darim Alter

Allister, no offence but that makes zero sense. The pictures of them practising were exactly stated to be about DotA2, this also shows in as the rest of the images are all blurred. Why were the images deleted in the first place if there was nothing more to hide except for an SC2 map? Also, what do you think of the official logo? Why would it be there for if they were playing SC?

I might be wrong however, correct me if so! Would be idd nice to get some clarification!

I'd just like to say that you are completely wrong.

From what I can see from the screen, it looks like the map will be on the bottom left, followed by the hero portrait and then skill abilities / items, with attack/move commands on the far right. It seems to be staying true to its roots, but the way the skills are layed out reminds me of those DotA knockoffs.

Personally I like this leak, but I'm still miffed that they copyrighted DOTA 2.

I think of DOTA 2 and I think of an awesome selection of maps from Warcraft 3 that are now deprieved of their original name.

Though Valve at the head of this game.. I'm curious on how they're managing this as their first "RTS" arena strategy game.

Haha the screenshot is so blurry/disformed that I can't really notice anything in the picture. Tbh it does look kind of like starcraft but idk I can't really make out anything...

If this is real than i'm far from impressed, the graphics are terrible, the UI just hurts to look at. I know the game is unfinished but still. Guess when more things start to pop up we will see.

Happy to see they kept the system requirements to the minimum (as much as possible). A lot of DotA players have computers
    that can barely run WC3.
