Double your stats on Test Realm!

2. Swap to different gear replacing all broken items

3. Use the NPC's repair all function, repairing your broken items in your bags.

4. swap to your regular gear, then check your stats.

I was having trouble getting this to work for me.
I started with my good gear, damage id by jumping off cliffs then spirit rezzing untill it was at 0%. I went to my bank and got a FULL extra set of gear, trinkets rings and all. After rez sickness was gone i put on the extra set of gear, went to the armor smith, repaired all gear using the Repair All function. Then i swapped out my extra set of gear with my origional good set of gear. Nothing happened

Im positive this is till working, i saw other people with rigged stats tearing through ironforge, but what could i be doing wrong? Might this be horde side only (dont see why it would be)?

EDIT: I think i got it to work to some degree. Does your secondary set of gear need to be decent gear to see the full effect? I think it might stack just the stats from what ever 2 sets of gear you use, so make sure both sets of gear have decent stats i guess.

It's still fun rolling through the opposite faction's area with 5+ people beating on you, while you're taking hardly any damage and 1 shotting everyone around you

Do you need to replace ALL items? Cause if so that would be pretty hard getting new trinkets and rings, and also does it really matter what the "other" gear is or does it not matter?

I tried this by breaking all gear and replacing everything but the wand and shoulders because they were too hard to find. yes I know these aren't the EXACT instructions but I'm still wondering some things.

Can it be grey gear?

Does it double your Teir 3 gear thats broken or does it add your "new gear stats" to the broken teir 3 you are repairing?

Who has actually done this? Can you explain exactly what you did and when?

EDIT: Alright, turns out you can't buy cloth shoulders ANYWHERE in the game, so I had to do some lame quest to get some. I also found a place to buy a wand. So I repeated the process now with replacing all my broken gear with new gear and "Repairing All" while broken items were in the bag. I then switched back to the epic gear that I just fixed. Nothing happens. Maybe this exploit has been fixed?

EDIT #2: Word on the test realm is that this was fixed in the latest patch. Bummer, I really wanted to try this one out. I wonder if it would have stacked :P
