Explain what happened:

We agreed on trading the account that he claimed to have bought from "blazing boost", account containing this paladin Vnexty - WoW - Legion season 1 gladiator for 190 euro, I've sent him the money via paypal yesterday 08.08.2018, I've sent him the proof that the cash has been sent to him but he kept saying for hours that he did not receive the payment. So today I called paypal and they assured me that the payment was completed with no issues. I told him this on skype and he stopped responding since then.
