hud not launching

Hello im trying to make the hud work. Im running windows 7 64 bits, diablo 3 on 32 bits with fullscreen.
Is fullscren an issue? I disabled antivirus, no files getting deleted, latest framework and windows updated.
Any ideas? ty.

i cant run diablo in 64 bits, game crashes, its an old problem of mine, thats why i always play in 32, any hope?
