    Locate \config\ui_default\ui_default_main.xml file open and change
    Line 75: <ehp enabled="1" /> to <ehp enabled="0" />

    But You need to change it after every TH update.

    It show current EHP in %. Team mate who have highest have full bar=100% and other players have as much visible bar as EHP.
