    1920x1080 DH Leroics Manor AIT

    Set right click set to Hungering Arrow w/ piercing rune
    Set FoK (lvl 17) to button 3
    Set move to middle mouse button

    Take quest for Karzhan barricade and run up to 3rd WP (bridge before Leroic's Manor and get that checkpoint)
    So you zone in in the courtyard @ the top of the stairs every time.
