My rates:
4k honor, $15
8k honor, $27.50.
12k honor, $35.
>12k honor, $35 + $5 per 4k honor.

My only restriction is that you must be on a US realm as the higher latency of a eu realm makes me cringe. My preferred communication method is Skype, but willing to use msn.
