Soloing content questions

This is mostly aimed at soloing bosses in dungeons/raids.

1) Are there any reliable teleport coordinates for the game's dungeon/raid zones? Not too concerned about pre-Cata ones, although they'd be helpful for getting rare stuff. Teleporting directly into the Bastion of Twilight, for example, would be incredibly useful.

2) As I believe and have read, teleport and fly hacks are only truly useful for ranged classes. Now could someone help confirm/deny and fix what I've got here?:
- Speed Hack: toon can move very fast out of range, forcing boss to adjust attack direction
- Tele Hack: toon can move even faster, thus getting behind or far out of range of the boss and evading most/all of its powers
- Fly Hack: only really useful for evading trash mobs, not truly effective in attack evasion

3) Example: You're an Elemental Shaman facing the Hall of Origination boss Anhuur (assume Normal difficulty for now). Is it possible to speed/tele out of range of it's Divine Reckoning attack (100yd range) so that it would miss, then speed/tele back in and attack it (rinse n repeat afterwards)?

The answers to these questions will be incredibly helpful to me. Will appreciate honesty too (would rather know it truly isn't possible than be lied to).

You will need to research any fights you plan to solo and look at the mechanics. Some bosses simply can't be solo'd due to some mechanics others maybe if you timed everything right and were a ranged class that did not rely on mana (hunter) then you could speed around for an hour and get lucky. Otherwise you can't really get in to any bug spots or anything as they would just go in to evade mode.

But what if you could teleport in and out quickly enough, whilst casting something that was instant-cast and/or damage-over-time? The goal here to disrupt the evade-reset so that the boss keeps sustaining damage.

Leaving the room would trigger the evade. Evade doesn't come off if you come back into the room. He'll continue to evade. This will not work.
