Does blizzard have history of acc flags?

As the title says, does blizzard have a "log" where they store the accounts details about being banned?
Like :

Account X got banned because he was botting, but it turned out to be a hacker   - DATE

So they can decide if the owner is acutely is tricking them or not.
Example:
If i using a proxy + gather bot and get banned, and i mange to trick them about me being hacked. So my question can do i this more then one time? Or how many times?

yes, even they can trace what your characer did like trading, vendoring etc.. (used to recover lost or stolen items)

about your example.. they´ll see there was used different IP than you used normally most of times (like you play from your home mostly, and then u use proxy to do "dirty" things). So yes in their basic act of reviewing changes what occured in that time when was different IP used, they can decide what to do (return stolen goods and such)

Wasn't the answer i wanted, more like that you got a Intel about how blizzard handle this sort of stuff. Not just guessing.

Hardcore botting using proxy -> banned -> getting back account and blame a virus.

Got once banned for trading gold. Sent mail to Blizzard. They said it's definitive and irevocable. Sent another mail and got acces again (but account got a warning now). I even used same IP (ye I'm an idiot I know) and still got it back.

So it's doable.
