They'll probably see this post before they'll ever see this message. Heavily botted accounts will never be unbanned unless they decide to do so. I am 100% sure they use a bot (funny I know) to unban accounts that have an appeal filed. They don't read your message, all they do is double check your activity and they'll already know whether to unban your account or not.
