1. Product not as advertised . They never said you would be perm banned and therefore risk loosing your money

The thing is, you are using a product which claimed a refund for it. Im not quite sure if thats legal or not

How can you be using the product if you are already banned? You did use it, but no longer have access to it.

The only risk I see is if you can sleep at night knowing that you botted, got caught and banned, then requested a refund for the coins you no longer have access to.
