Can't Log In from Official App (Can't acces dat from server) but able to from the bot

Delete the app and reinstall it. If this doesn't work it may be that the server you are connecting to through your phone is having issues. It does not have to be the same server as the bot is connecting to (load balancing etc). In that case try again tomorrow. If you can run it through the bot while getting stops and catching Pokémons it is definitely not a ban of any type.

Thanks for the reply bro, yeah seemed kinda weird for me. Been using pokebot ninja and still can login through it. I already deleted and installed it again and it doesn't seem to work though. I'll keep trying and keep you guys informed anyways.

then u probably got perma banned, cuz I got the same case as you, I got banned for 3 days already but can still able to log in to ninja and not displaying any information of your character neither catching pokemons, looting, transfering, etc.
and I got several accounts, only the banned acc cannot connect to server.

I use ninja without problem, catching pokemon, pokestop, all the features working.. but on mobile i get the "we are humbled blabla" message. Ofc i've tried cleaning up the phone from app data, deleting it, up to cache reset from recovey mode and still nothing... it seems as if my mobile phone id got flagged somehow

We are humbled by your request does not mean you are banned.

The ban message is "Cannot retrieve game data from servers" or something to do with GAME DATA. Purple retry button.

I've got same problem, when i log in with my phone iy says fail to get server blablabla... But when i log in with different account i could log in. I check the gym still show my account. Is't a type of perm ban?
