Has anyone got unbanned from "Failed to receive data from server" yet?

I just got it, and it was after changing necro bot speed from 15 to 30 lol (plus sniping). And today before that i was softbanned a couple of times too. To be honest it feels like a permanent ban, and it was my only and main account. So, i'm just wondering if anyone have got unbanned from this, or if not, for how much have you been banned? I'm quitting if it is permanent, just trying to see if i still got some little luck left lol.

Note: Please, people saying that they got unbanned and stuff, show proof or at least say what did you do. Otherwise don't make us lose our time reading bullshit posts.

News: 4 hours ago, as for other players, received an email from them stating that my account has been terminated.

Don't wait for it unbanned. Niantic won't unban your account, please create a new Ptc account then bot. You just need 1 day to reach lv20.
I got a IV100 Dragonite with movesets Dragon Breath/Dragon Pulse in my main account but all banned. This is permanent ban.
Please don't wasting your time to keep appeal for unban. This is just a free game, you can create as many account as you like. I can create 999999 accounts when Niantic keep ban my account. Who care?

agree, but i lost my lvl 35 is painful, now i decide to bot a new account, hope i can keep this one unbanned :/

Well, i was level 34 with several 100% top pokemon. I was about to stop botting, just didn't thought i would get perma ban that fast with human like settings. Don't think i will be creating a new account. Sucks to lost my account, but i can't say i didn't see it coming lol. At the end, i guess everyone that have cheated really hard will get banned if Niantic wants to do it. But still, i recommend anyone who hasn't got banned yet to stop botting, better safe than sorry.
