he's the one who made the haxton config to go 200k exp/h and still catch powerful pokemons

You would have to use Proxies/VPNs.

Are you running custom cfg? Could you share it?

Dude... if you can't google and find a decent free vpn or proxy, then you truly are "F**ed" as you put it.

Free Proxy List ? Public Proxy Servers (IP PORT) ? Hide My Ass! - Custom search #1301176

pick a few from there and edit your auth.json and you should be able to run multiple necro instances.

but it's better to search your "own" site, otherwise ppl might use the same proxies as you.
