When are we gonna get a Gym Fighting/ Gym Maintaining bot?

If not does anyone have plans for something like this?

c'mon, what's the purpose of this game if every aspects of the game get Botted instead?

we already have poke bot which is already enough for us to compete for gym, all we need to do is put some effort to climb and take gyms with our PREPARED pokemons.

and imagine how useless it is if we met someone who maintained the gym with the gym bot too, it'll just a useless endless battle.

1) yes work is being done in some bots for gyms but most of them are private (there is at least one public that I know of)
2) I'd say most devs wouldn't want to implement this into their bots as it ruins the only part of the game where players actually interact with each other atm, botting your account is one thing, but holding down a gym with a 10cp magikarp and denying legit players the chance to enjoy the game is just wrong in my opinion.

The only reason I'm still playing on my legit account is because gyms aren't botted yet. Once they are botted I'm going to leave Pokemon GO behind because there is no fun in capturing a Gym then 5 seconds later losing it to some bot.

Look don't you think that Niantic is gonna eventually patch everything? Well as much as that would suck i do think that that is in the future. I am saying use all the bots and automation while we can. Once everything gets patched, then we can "play" the game.

My prediction if gym bots became popular:
- Majority of gyms held by bots
- Majority if not all legit players give up and stop playing
- Pokemon Go becomes a battle of who has the fastest bot and best latency to the servers

I don't know where you are from but here our teams stay together. We keep gyms for days because we work as a team to keep it. If some bot kept taking our gyms we would all stop playing and then the only players are bots. What's the fun in that?

Look I understand what you guys mean. It would take out a lot of the fun for the legit players. But the game is going that way anyway. Everyone is using GPS spoofing (at least).

Boting gyms is going way to far for any of us. we're not that low to ruin it for the ppl who spends all day just to catcher them.i think any thread posting them should be removed/del.
