Upgraded to windows 10 and now I can't play pokemon go on NOX.

So guys, as I said on the title, I upgraded my system to Windows 10. After that , I opened my NOX and started Pokemon GO and when it loaded , there was nothing around me, no poke stops, no gyms, no nearby pokemons and etc (I'm simulating that i'm at New York Central Park). I play on a country that pokemon go hasn't released yet. Can someone help me please? I really want back to playing pokemon and for some reason I can't anymore.

It's probably server related, not Nox. Even on my phone the map has been empty for the last 6hrs
