FAQ

Q. How do I buy and receive my account?
A. When you buy from Selly, you can choose an email for the account details to be sent to, or it would be sent to your Paypal email. If you feel more comfortable buying from me directly, you can also contact me using the contact info below.

Q. Why does my account appear to be new and at Level 1?
A. When you first login to your account, it will be just like logging into a new account. When you're done customizing your avatar and choosing your name you'll automatically level up to the level of the account you bought, and have all the Pokemon listed.

Q. My login credentials appear to be wrong?
A. All passwords are case-sensitive. I try to avoid it, but if you get a password with capital i's or lowercase L's make sure you get those correct.

Q. How do I change my password?
A. All of my accounts are PTC accounts, so you have to login to the Pokemon Trainer Club website here.

Terms Of Service

I offer a 7 day replacement on all accounts in the event of an issue. If there are any issues with the account on purchase, I offer a full refund or a replacement.

I'm sorry about the confusion, the level 30s don't have Gen 2 Pokemon displayed, only the level 35s do. If you contact me on discord with your payment email, I'll get you a full refund if you're not satisfied, so sorry about that!

does the acc come with a chansey also? and are all the Incubator used or unused

Some of them have a Chansey, they're not very great though; only like 200cp or so. All the incubators are most likely used, but there are baby pokemon and such on the accounts as well. (:
