All banned accounts seem to be unbanned

This one is legit. I just tried my old banned account, but its level reset to 5 and all of my epic pokemon gone. lol

Maybe they reset the accounts to the moment the system detecs the bot but you are banned hour or days later.

i am botting for one month no ban the main reason u get banned is by using the bot for 5 hrs without a rest .. even superheroes cant play this sh*t game that long ... so bot 1.30 hrs and leave a gap for 3 hrs then bot again happy botting f**k bVn wave

My guess here, everyone that got their account unbanned sent Niantic a email at the time when it happened and forgot about it.
Niantic used their time and thats why you got the email with "dont do it again".

Nope, i have six accounts in pokemon go and all those six accounts got banned and still now i cant able to recover all those accounts. And i am searching for the solution since 3 months. If anyone have a correct solution for this issue you can give me some tips to recover my accounts.

You wont be able to recover them, there is no solution.
You can lie and cry to Niantic and hope they give a f*** or you could just you know... stop cheating on every account.
Last 3 months, you are 2 years to late anyways as this "solution" is supposed to be for first banwave only.

According to me there is no other way to recover all your banned account. Once you have banned from the game you are not supposed to recover your account back. So, it is better not to cheat in the game. By doing this you will be safe from getting banned.
