EDIT: Looks like they changed the PW requirements. The program works now.

What's your random password length?

You can view the HTML for the errors that occur by double clicking the account and then double clicking the error.

The captcha error appears because you're viewing it on your local computer and not on the PTC website (in other words its normal). The error is probably happening because password requirements aren't being meet.

Keep getting this:

during the captcha phase, I have a valid 2 captcha api

Delete your GOMANPtcAccountCreator.settings or edit RandomPasswordLength to eqaul 8 or higher.

I tried this before - and I tried it again after your post (just in case) - and it happens immediately upon opening, not even to the point of creating any settings or accounts.

You have to open up the GOMANPtcAccountCreator.settings file in a text editor and edit the RandomPasswordLength field to 8, then start the app.
