Update on PokeMonGo Server Side and Why Bots don't work at the moment.
1) Niantic seems to have paused or slowed the perm banwave.
2) They implemented Recaptcha if your bot does not allow you to solve the captcha upon login you will not be able to run your bot as it will not find any pokestops or pokemon.
3) Currently I know Pokebot Ninja 59 has the capability for you to manually solve the captcha and pops up a windows for you to do so, other bots should follow with this implementation.

4) I do not know when or If the recaptcha will come up again later on once your are logged in but so far it hasn't for me.

I am using Pokebot Ninja, the captcha solving solution is very short term, the popup rate will increase a lot in just a few hours until the bot is actually not practical anymore, as it popup every 5-10 mins so you have to actively monitoring the bot all the time.

It seems that nobody is complaining about it with Necrobot. At the moment, I have another account running on it. Seems to be running smoothly with no errors related to a captcha at all or probably it's just too outdated.

I just want some sort of fix for PokeWatch. It's no longer posting the locations of Pokemon to Twitter

I am not lying. I don't see the point of doing so. What I only noticed was it times out from time to time then relogs back in after getting the error: API calls something... Well that was yesterday, right now I am not running any bot yet since all of my accounts are getting the notifications on every device regarding use of third party softwares and not anything related to captcha. Probably, tomorrow I will attempt to run the bot once again.

You are both correct. I noticed one seldom used account still able to run bots without captcha. So this is more towards the frequency of using bot on specific account. The more frequent you bot, the faster that particular account will be flagged and captcha will be activated for bot checks. Cheers.

I made new accounts to test all kind of bots , google as well ptc accounts. The bots can not find pokestops, while i login normally on phone on pokemo go app all is normal. Remind you fresh accounts without captcha or warnings. The bots just dont work anymore.

Sigh I don't think you are even following what is going on.
Like I have been saying for a month, all bot developers used Rocket API (even the shady paid private ones) which queries to the Niantic API(but not exactly like the official game client) the team that Reverse Engineered this API were only able to RE API 0.35 and haven't been able to crack the latest ones 0.37 and 0.39.
Now that Niantic closed allowing queries to 0.35 specifically the Getmapobjects function, no bots or scanners can view any Pokestops or Pokemon.
The Recaptcha is something separate and was happening when Niantic detected non human behaviour from users of the 0.35 API.
Recaptcha was a nuisance where workarounds are possible and were being developed, shutting down 0.35 is more than a nuisance it has killed all scanners and bots.
