It captured the first pokemon and after that it adds every other pokemon to the list????

It's supposed to be doing that? is the free version only for one try and then we have to donate???

to your first question:
Yes, you are using the safe sniping method, which calculate sniping distance and time
it catches less pokemons but much safer.
you can change the sniping method in settings

to your 2nd question:
The answer is no.

You are working with the safe sniping mode.
You can change to the regular method in the setting window.

to your first question:
1) It is not actually up to me.
it depends or your setting and discord servers
Settings -
The minimum waiting time between sniping is 10 seconds (i recommand 60s)
Also using the regualr sniping will increase you cathing rate.

I ran DPS one and caught 19 pokemons one 1 h with waiting time of 60 and 4 tries
and once i caught 4 with the same settings.

2) Yes there is a speed limit.
what i do is tring to catch the pokemon few times.
i found that the pokemon is most likely to be caught after 4 tries or less
the defferent tries are like bypassing the speed limit.

I dont know what you mean,
You caught a pokemon, than found 2 pokemons that was not there and one got away.
also you are tring to catch only few pokemons.
just keep on going and don't worry

After getting the discord token and joined all the channels you want you can close discord page (not dps)
