The issue is not because of dps.

Try to launch removeurl.bat or something like that and run the second bat file again.
Changing IV is for gold donators only. (10$)

When you donate, it should updated your free DPS to a paid DPS.
If your GUI window doesn't open up, the problem is in the settings. Json file (you're missing that Jason file).

Just copy your settings.json file from your free DPS folder and paste it to your paid dps folder and it should be fine. It happened to me too.

I'm running 2 accounts but never at the same time. 1 over night and 1 during the day.
The best way if you're using 2 different computer with 2 different proxy if you wan to run it at the same time.

I can't answer that question. I'm using DPS just for fun for my personal 2 and only accounts. I only use it to get 100% IV pokemons. I donate because I just think RebliNk17 deserved it even though I never met or know anything bout him.
