Hello,
You need to click on the donate button in the bot window (orange buttton)
you need to donate totally 10$ for gold donator access which will give you access to changing iv (not monthly, but it will be much appreciated)
after the donation you'll receive an email with donator code which than you'll enter to the donation window (one click on the bot logo)
than all the features will be available

You can click on the donation button when you open the DPS.
When you donate more than $10, then RebliNk17 will send you a link to download the donator DPS which will give you the option to set IV parameters.
As optional or if you can afford it. you can make your donation monthly after the initial $10.

I've been using DPS for a very long time that my level 34 account has full pokedex pokemons with IV no less than 90%. However, now that I think of it, I probably should donate too to start farming candies for certain pokemons. LOL

If I use Pokesniper 1.23 I can catch manually 1 pokemon per 10 minut
