Buying PTC account @h1z1rev?

Dear guys, i would apologize in advance if the answer to this question has been already published, but i'm relatively new in the world of "buy/sell accounts" and really not understand a lot of thinks on these forums. I bought an account some days ago, and when i changed the password on PTC webiste, i found that actually email can't been changed. It seems that the "change email" button is on, but after you click it there aren't any changes. My account has been created by the seller using an h1z1rev.com email address. My question is: is there a solution to change the email? If i also would create a Google account for the access, i can't? Can i have problems in tue future, maybe if the system ask me a new verification and i can't access to my email h1z1rev.com? Hope to read your help, many thanks!

You can't change the email, so if you ever lose the account password you can't retrieve it.

why cant email be changed? I have the same thing . I have 3 accounts all with @h1z1rev? and i wanna use my personal emails.

Thanks for the answer. This is a real bad thing. I don't think is only a problem if i forget my pass, i think that if in the future the game will ask a new verification and send a message to my mail, i can not access to the address... incredible..

Have you tried contacting PTC support? You can say you don't have access anymore to the email address and therefore you are unable to change it.

I contacted them and they said that they can’t do anything because they straight up don’t have the power to change my password. They said is the email provider does t exist then I should begin a new account.
