If you mean softban you can use any necro bot or Necro based one , and it will automatically unban you.
but if you men bot to unban permanent ban there is absolutely something wrong with you !

There's a bot call PogoSpidy (you can google it), but what it does is make dozen of excuses to Niantic, requesting for the unban account back. Such excuses varies from "I'm gay, want account back please" to "I am an 35 year old uneducated autistic moron who lives with his mom. I have no friends, no one loves me, want account back please."

I prefer the unban program named Frieza ver 2.4, this program bypassed the "Fail to get game data from server" and let you play your account. This program is still under development and will be releasing in the next few years.

OK, I just found a working tutorial to get your account permanently unbanned.

Step 1: Go download Pokebot.Ninja at their site PokeBot.Ninja - Catch your pokemons like a ninja.
Step 2: Put your account login that you want to get unbanned into the login and password text field, but DO NOT LOGIN YET. Instead click on the upper right hand drop down menu and select Filipino.
Step 3: Click on Device Emulator. On the drop down menu on the top right, scroll all the way down and select Yureka.
Step 4: Change Device Brand to "Samsung", change Device Model to "C4", Change Firmware Brand to "Explosives", then click on the Generate random button next to Device ID, then change the device ID to "Niantic/Unban/USER_ID/*****/" NOTE: on the stars, you have to correctly input your user name. Then press save.
Step 5: Click Login, then it should log into your game. This step is important! You have to leave the bot on for at least 6 hours without touching it. After 6 hours just log into your game using your device and you will be unbanned.
