Stay Safe when Botting ~ Recommended Config Setup
I honestly don't remember if I posted this here already. If I did, sorry about the double post lol I post things in LOTS of places, so its not hard for me to forget where I've been.
Anyway, this is how I personally stay safe with botting
TL;DR (or TL;DW) Text based quick info
Don't move too quickly. I stay at a max speed of about 10KM/H (which is about 6.6 mph for the american idiots who can't convert)
Don't Snipe (Period)
Large time periods between movement from one pokestop to another (Make sure its similar to the amount of time it normally takes to swipe a poke stop)
Large time periods between catching one pokemon before another (again, same thing as above, think about how long it normally takes)
Large time periods between location changes. Think about the travel time from one place to another. its 6 hours LA to NYC. Wait at least 4 hours to change your coordinates.
IF you Do Snipe
Large chunks of time in between sniping attempts (I have mine set to 420 seconds because memes)
Recommendation to Larger Bot Makers
Randomize the Timers a bit. This will make for less detection. If someone sets up a bot to have 100 seconds between sniping attempts, randomize that a bit. Make it 100 minimum, 110 maximum or something. That way its not exact, and it'll be 101 once, but next it'll be 105, then 107, then 103, etc. Its not hard to code a random number generator
Those timers apply to other time settings as well.

Reason: added about travel time... forgot

Only thing I didn't touch on was Proxies, which I JUST released a video for, so I'm applying that to first post in a moment.
Thanks btw
It won't allow 2 videos in one post, so I guess it goes here

so you survive through the ban wave? what's your level and longest bot time still not get caught?

Nice tips Techxplays.
Im my experience, there are other things that can be done to make you even safer.
- Dont teleport large distances in short time spans. If you want to change farming location, give it time to make it look like a trip. Ex: Farming Central Park and want to change to Hong Kong? Give it 18+ hours a rest to starting bot at new location. Also dont teleport too much. I would say 95% of the worlds population dont travel more than one time a month. Teleporting low distances is relatively safe, but always take time in to consideration
- Dont Hatch eggs too aggressively. You have to be reasonable here. Normal human beings dont walk more than 30-40 km everyday. I think 10-15km is an okay value.
- Every 2 hours give it some rest and let the bot idle for 15-20min. In the meantime you can manage you inventory, evolve, tranfer your pokemons. This is good that it adds one more component of human behavior. Also, when you restart the bot, another nice thing to do is to manually change your previous path. Humans dont do the exact same path for extended periods of time.
- Dont level too fast. If you get to lvl 20 in one day your account most likely will be flagged. I see people posting bots that makes 150-300k XP/Hr. Thats insane. To me is like waving a big flag to niantic "BAN ME"
- Respect the 1000 pokemons and 2000 pokestops limits.
Started a new account 3 days ago. Lvl 23 now and not even one softban so far.

I actually did NOT survive the first ban wave, although every single one since I have survived.

I actually had forgotten to add that about large distance travels to the first post. Thanks for the reminder. Your other stuff is great too. I usually bot for 2 hours or just during videos. I've had a CatchFlee ban, but that was simply due to me forgetting the bot was running.
I'm going to start trying out GPX files and get multiples of each location and I'll probably do a v2 of the video with the GPX files

hi, i also have a reduce ban probability suggestion.
use humanized throws. nice throw, great throw and excellent throw.
i have a feeling you will be flagged a bot if everytime you catch a pokemon you get a curved ball + excellent throw.
thats fcking insane.
but then i tried to change the humanized throws on this bot but, i guess i doesn't work.

Very good info if you're just starting out or need a refresher.

I got banned multiply times because I've been running sniper. How to avoid ban with using sniper? I wish I could snipe ONLY godly pokes like dragonite etc.

You can... lol you just customize the list of pokemon it looks for in the config files. On bots like PogoBestBot (cracked and a link on my channel. can't post here because they call it piracy... I call it "hey, you're charging for something you did NO WORK with and just copied code".... anyway...) you can customize it more easily due to the user interface and the config tabs. Although disabling sniping is your best bet

Yes I know how to setup bot to force sniping only specifics pokemon, for example I was sniping only blastoise/charizard/venusuar/lapras/Dragonite and I got still a ban... so i dont know wtf. I used necro.
