I just use one of popular sniping BOT to catch one or two dragonites and snorlaxes, suddenly when woke up in the morning 3 of my account got perm bans.
just aprox 6 hours from using this program and BOOM!.
dont use poke*niper2 or other snipping bot for now, too dangerous.

Game hacking / cheating will always be a cat and mouse game. As soon as it's obvious what is banning people, people will update their software ( if they haven't already ) and will be on the safe side again. Don't use hacks / cheats if you can't afford to lose your account. That is a general rule this forum and most game hacking forums abide by.
