Can confirm, just got a full refund after 2 days ago asked for refund through email. Just told them my son made the purchases, and he cant even log into his pokemon account. Told them I tried speaking to that company first. No reply to emails, no phone number. Automatic generic email from them says they will investigate with a ticket number, but in that same instance checking on ticket number is instantly resolved/closed. Over the phone was told they would send me a dispute letter and couldnt help but their follow up email confirmed full refund and nothing more was needed on my end. GG FU niantic

I got the mail saying that the refund is successful, then checked PayPal, no refund yet.
