Issue installing apk files on nox?

I downloaded the newest nox version, I uninstalled the pokemon go app there because it was outdated, then I downloaded the apk file of the newest version of the app, and dragged it to nox to install it, the problem is every time I do that, I get a message "install app fail".

does anyone else experience this issue? any solutions?

I downloaded the apk from apkmirror.com and it worked perfectly. I don't use the drag and drop feature, but I click on the small apk icon on the right tool bar on nox to install the apk.

I did the same thing, clicked the apk icon on the right, it asks me to open the apk folder, then I choose the file, same message.

Download from apkpure worked for me. Just dragged the apk into the Nox window after downloading it.

what version of nox are you using? I think the issue is with nox

Hi! please help me! I can't access the ES file explorer anymore, I can't import/export any file from now on. I installed different kinds of file explorer (I even update the ES file explorer)
I'm using the old version of nox, which is the Nox ver 3.8

I've also gone through this issue with Nox. I just wanted to play Mafia City Mod APK on Nox because I don't want to try these modded apps on my android device due to some security reasons. So when I downloaded the game from "Fineapkapps" site, nox gives the same problem that you are going through. Then I run that same file on other emulator like "Tencent" it worked for me. I think you should change your Emulator. Try Bluestacks or Tencent etc.

I just try your method and sometime it work sometime not? Is there any specific reason of that?

I've had similar problem with Nox as well. I just wanted to play Dark Sword apk on Nox since I don't want to attempt these modified applications on my Android smartphone for security concerns. So, when I downloaded the game from the "Fineapkapps" website, nox displayed the same error that you are seeing. Then I ran the identical file on another emulator, such as "Tencent," and it worked for me. I believe you should update your emulator. Try Bluesstacks or Tencent, for example.
