Niantic ban submit

Hi guys, someone can tell me if the subtim status is reliable?! 2 days agoo i sent a ticket with the ban appeal, now it seems to be "solved" , but.. I still can't log in the game!!!

'Dear Niantic,

My name is Armando, as you can see I'm here to try to explain my current PG situation, I don't know if I can speak in italian but.. But it doesn't matter, I'll try to bring my best english.

I started my pokemon go journey the 15th July, I liked very much your project, and I spent something like 2 weeks to become one of the best trainer of my little town (107 km travelled).. I was lv 21 (and half) when I saw for the first time 3 guys lv 30+ conquering some gyms.. And that make me think that I wasn't that good, in the next week appears always more ppl 30+ , and that made me quit the game, I couldn't fight a cheater / botter, so I thought was better wait their ban.. And.. Nothing, i waited for 2/3 weeks until i make the decision to try some boot just to see how they could work.. You know what? You can become a trainer lv 30 in just 2 Days, two! And Armazard from lv 21 that he was became lv 28, in 5 hours of botting.

As you can see I'm not a lier, and yes I used 3/4 bot (1/2 hours each for try) on my main account, obviously without thinking any ban, cause you never make that choice before, but that's not the right way to fight the cheater, pretty sure that they'll just remake a new pg full botted until you miss one of them.. Just bring more healty dinamic in the game that push players in a clean way..

Obviously if I could have back my dear Armazard that would be fantastic, it hasn't any crazy pokemon, just my little Flareon that i made before the bot testing.. And it isn't a ultra high level, as i told you the bot usage was very short on him.
Anyway never thought nothing more than a 'bot test', it didn't bring a damage to the nearby comunity, for example if you check my email's ticket you'll find a pokestop request that I made for ALL my city's mates.

Status: Solved simply means, that Niantic is no longer working on your request, as they have considered it to be closed. Whether that is in your favor or not is irrelevant.

And well, given your appeal with the admittance of botting, there's no way, you would get unbanned.

^^ This, there is absolutely no reason they would unban you given you admitted you cheated, and even if you hadn't I doubt they'd do anything anyway tbh, the reason they have held off on banning people sooner (I guess) is because they wanted 100% proof that the accounts / people they ban are botters/cheaters.

I actually doubt anyone is really investigating any of the appeals tbh, they *might* overturn the appeal if you'd spent money, but still I doubt it

I don't know, as far as I'm concerned you can't lie in a ticket.. they would check your situations before thinking about to get you back in the game! Better try with the innocent version
