Anything over 100 KMPH paired with anything less than 1000 playeraction and pokemoncatch delay will softban alot.
I haven't checked OP's config, but from personal testing, those are the best numbers I got w/o constant softbans.

When you use a new config, you should always watch it before letting it run.

Actually so eager to try this one out. I got plenty of amazing Pokemon but seriously lacking the dust..

I have a config but it gets auto softbanned every pokestop. no point in releasing this until a new version fixes the soft ban issue.
