    Necrobot Device ID

    Hey there.. seems like everyone with just half a brain and no access to google is asking the same question.

    "HOW TO SET UP MY DEVICE ID, OR CAN I KEEP THE DEFAULT ONE?"

    Yes, you can keep the default one, but than every1 has the same DeviceID and you will maybe get flagged for beeing dumb.

    If you own an Android Phone or know some1 with an Android phone just install the following App:

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...abs.deviceinfo

    After that you can edit every Line in Necroconfig easily.

    Or you use this, than your phone looks like a Samsung Galaxy S6.

    "DeviceId": "572h3c7c87e2h76b", <- CHANGE THIS
    "AndroidBoardName": "universal7420",
    "AndroidBootloader": "G920FXXS3DPD2",
    "DeviceBrand": "samsung",
    "DeviceModel": "zeroflte",
    "DeviceModelIdentifier": "SM-G920F",
    "DeviceModelBoot": "qcom",
    "HardwareManufacturer": "samsung",
    "HardwareModel": "SM-G920F",
    "FirmwareBrand": "zerofltexx",
    "FirmwareTags": "release-keys",
    "FirmwareType": "user",
    "FirmwareFingerprint": "samsung/zerofltexx/zeroflte:6.0.1/MMB29K/G920FXXS3DPD2:user/release-keys",

    At least its only neccessary to change DeviceID in config.json - Brand/Bootloader/Model is always the same for a specific device with same Software/Firmware installed

    Greetings BRNY

    Thanks working great. To answer the above question you need to change the config.json file after you launch necrobot and enter your account details. then close out of the program and go to the folder it came in and go to config then config.json and ctrl+F and search for device and change the device id to yours. Whala it works like a charm.

    DeviceModellIdentifier -> Model (in the App)
    DeviceModelBoot -> leave it "qcom" or use Hardware (in the App)
    AndroidBootloader -> Bootloader

    leave rest like it is

    With the version 0.7.2 ( https://github.com/NECROBOTIO/NecroBot/releases), it says: "This release features automatic Device ID generation, if you leave the values static."
    What does it mean with "static values"? I have to leave the same device id which is in the config file?

    this means the device-id is random but the rest is static. so you can use this or use your device information.

    Ok, but do I change the device id in the auth file? Or I have to leave it?
