All the apks are the latest ones, also you need to deselect the enable auto close on fake gps.

If you wanted to move to a far location without getting soft banned what would be the best way to do it? Would you just close the Pokemon Go app, move to the new location, and then open it up again? Would the game be able to tell that you moved so far in a short amount of time if you did it that way?

Doing it in 5 km leaps :P I would just suggest doing 1 big leap before you're having dinner, or going shopping etc, something that keeps you busy for a while and just continue after that

Always close the app when teleporting in the first place. And try to have a gap of a few hours between large jumps seems to work.

Which Bluestacks version should I use together with your rar?
If I use the installer for the newest version the root file is a "vdi" file instead of a "fs" one.

Am I the only one with horrible connection JUST in bluestacks? Evertytime I throw a pokeball, it just stands there and doesnt move. Game goes on but have to restart the app - 3-4 times untill the pokeball wiggles. Its really annoying - Can someone help me out with that problem?

Thats just how the pokemon go servers are right now, its not bluestacks

Its the little switch at the right top when you're in a battle, if that isn't enough you'll have to switch off the camera in the registry like explained in the guide
