Thank you for taking the sting out of making routes.
I'm using S5 SM-G900F, routed and verified with route checker basic. I've sys app lockito with lucky patcher, removed Sim, using Wifi to give internet connection, deselected location, loaded lockito, loaded PMG, selected play from lockito, put location back on and I'm getting "failed to detect location" at the top every so often and "try again later" on pokestops.
Eggs also dont seem to be hatching and random pokemon don't appear.
Would be nice to find a solution to this!

I've been playing with the Mock Locations app, and I appear to be getting the issues other people are describing here with that - "Try again later" (still server side), "Failed to Detect Location" popups that disappear shortly after and the like.
I'm going to have to get a hold of some friends phones and see what we can do. I'm sorry I can't be of more help at the moment.
It's all gravy bro, I can help by sharing my example (skype/ts whatever) so we can get this sorted and update the guide to circumvent the issues people are having.
Since the mock locations detection it's hard to get things working and this is by no means fully broken (I've managed to get 1 pokestop so far) so it has promise.
PM me if you'd like my help.
So I've been talking to people I live with, it works for myself housemate who also uses S6 - most of the time at least. We think it's partly server issues, because we get some of the same issues if we play normally. There's also just excessive lag sometimes in general.
We get the "can't detect location" occasionally too, but that's never stopped us doing anything except for the server issues on Pokestops. But we've caught Pokemon every time they've appeared, hatched eggs from walking these routes and used stops when they do work.
I'm actually going to be in the location I've been spoofing tomorrow so I'm going to see if the experience is any different.
Also getting hold of a Galaxy S5, S4 and Nexus 6(I think) this week and gonna try with these.
I'm having the problem where Lockito is unable to see/access files and folders. So I can't import my custom track. Anyone have any ideas?
same issue LG G2 i move but cant detect location shows/leaves. no pokemon show and also eggs incubate
installed as system app and everything

My issue is the snapping. Anyone else having this problem? I've seen a few people mention it. I'll be walking along my fake path fine and then suddenly I start snapping back and forth between my real location and my fake location. It's almost like high accuracy mode gets turned on but according to my device it's not. I have lockito's update interval set to the lowest (1 second).
Because of this, however, I can't catch anything, since I snap back in the middle of trying to catch things.
Airplane mode would stop internet too... I think. Let me know :P
Airplane mode would stop the internet but not Wifi so it should be fine. I'm running into the issue of Lockito force closing on me and only works when I have it set in the Mock Locations App selector in Dev options.
Any idea of a work around or if it might be device specific?
So after way too many hours, too many roots and reboots and it's finally working for me. I had to copy the .gpx file out into the "/" directory. Not in any folders or anything because it couldn't see anything in the folders. My phone switches between High accuracy and device only for GPS which might be when I reset the route or switch between programs, not sure. But it makes pokestops white and non interactive until I turn it back to device only, then they work. Haven't seen any pokemons spawn yet though after 15 mins.
