When you ask to buy an account we will not take any money until the account has been created and it is at the level you've purchased.
We never use any stardust or pokemon candies.
The account will allow you to choose team once you log in, you can also tell us what you want the name to be on creation of account
Getting a level 20+ account usually takes us about 24 Hours Level 30 Can take around 48 Hours.
During power leveling DO NOT log into your account until we give you the thumbs up that we've finished. If you do so you'll most likely be soft banned.
If you have been soft banned, just go to the nearest pokestop and keep going in and out of the pokestop, each time spinning the little circle from anything to 20-40 times in order to remove the soft ban.
