What is the dispute about? Account with Unchained mount world of warcraft, logged in no mount, told him and banned me on discord.

Kind guy at first, paid straight away to him gave me info no hesitation I logged in saw there is no mount as was agreed, ask him hey whats up?
He didn't believe me, logged in for himself and banned me on discord and dissapeared.

I sent him a PM on the forum

Got no response and then saw he opened a dispute trying to scam someone else beraaccounts, so I said hey he does not deserve a break from me, so I am reporting.

Its only 40 euro as you see I was more then happy to just let it go, if someone needs to scam for 40 euro something bad must be up with their IRL life, but I saw a recent dispute by them trying to scam a seller, and thats just awful, so its better to just get them banned.

But I do want to ask you seriously why are you going around and scamming 40 euros, I gave you the chance in PM's to tell me if you need help IRL finically I will more then gladly close this thread and let you keep the 40 euro without refunding but you blocked and chose to ignore.
How low do you need to go for 40 euros, and then to hop onto this thread and continue to lie about refunding 40 euros?
