I bought an account from kez/galdiatorboost, it turns out that after 4 days blizar banned my account for 1 month, 2 days ago I was able to enter and I am surprised that blizar has removed the glad s2 sl mount, I try to talk to kez to that they give me some solution, and I haven't been put into context for 2 days and he still doesn't say anything, he goes off and doesn't go into context, I see him on and I ask him again and he turns off again, I've tried to solve it with him without having to expose it in the forum so that it doesn't harm him in future purchases but he answered me and I paid for something I don't have.

Accounts – We have offerings for WoW Retail accounts on our store. Due to the nature of accounts, no refunds will ever be allowed after a purchase of these products. Our warranty covers: Lifetime guarantee against recalls. We do not warranty for ANY other type of suspension/ban if occurred.

Unauthorized account access - It is highly likely the customer has bought Piloted services notably not from us after purchase of the account which may have caused the ban reasoning, for example Mage Tower. This is not warrantied as it is completely impossible to regulate & far out of our control once account is fully in buyers possession & ownership.

To further note, no one has been scammed. Buyer still possess ownership of account & will do with lifetime warranty against recalls / any of that nonsense.

mate you sold me an account which blizar deleted my gladiator mount and paid for an account which does not have that mount, it is not my fault that this account is compromised I don't know how you would get the gladiator of the 2nd seasson sl, but the Blizzar took it from me, I spent 600 euros on nothing, if you don't want to refund what belongs to me, change it for an account that has the same characteristics as the one I bought you, the ban is almost indifferent to me, but the mount I do not have it.
You sell me an account for 600 euros and my glad mount disappears? what position am I in? I lose the money and the mount? Please be more serious.

the only explanation I see is that windtrade was done with that account, everyone knows the ban to the windtraders of the seasson 2 of sl, I only ask for the return of my money, another account equal to the one I bought or the mount of the season 3.

I already read the email but couldn't understand how it relates to the mount being removed when you delivered the account and the mount was still there. From my understanding, you (GladiatorBoost) obtained the mount. So whether the buyer shared his account afterwards shouldn't have an impact on the Gladiator mount unless it was obtained in an illegitimate way.
